2. What data we receive

Data you enter in the request form yourself: name, phone, email, company name, delivery city, order details, comment and attached files (drawings, photos). If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and the conversation.

Technical data about visits (page address, device and browser type, anonymised data on actions on the site) if web analytics services are enabled on the site; see section 7.

3. Why we process the data

To answer your request, calculate price and lead time, prepare a commercial offer, conclude and perform a contract, and to improve the website.

4. Consent

By sending a request with the consent box ticked, you consent to the collection and processing of these data for the purposes in section 3. You may withdraw consent by writing to info@imax.kz, unless the law provides otherwise.

5. Storage and disclosure

Requests go to the company's CRM system (Bitrix24). Only employees who need the data to handle the request have access to it. We do not sell the data or disclose it to third parties, except when needed to fulfil your order (for example, to a carrier for delivery) or required by law.

Data are kept until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, for accounting documents under a contract).

6. Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data are processed, to receive information about them, to demand that they be changed, supplemented, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to info@imax.kz.

7. Cookies and web analytics

The site may use cookies and web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful to visitors. These services receive anonymised technical data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.
